Connie E. Johnson, President of Entrepreneurial Spaces, LLC, founded the commercial real estate brokerage firm in 2017 and is an advocate and advisor for small businesses. The firm is 100% woman owned.
Ms. Johnson specializes in representation of small businesses in the lease and purchase of commercial real estate properties in the Jacksonville, Florida area. The firm does not represent landlords or building owners; therefore there is never any potential for conflicts of interest as in the case of larger firms that represent both tenants and landlords. She also represents small business owners in the sale and purchase of existing businesses.
In the 10+ years prior to founding the firm, Ms. Johnson was a Staff Attorney with Dover House Capital, Associate Legal Counsel with H.J. Russell & Company, Staff Attorney Legal Development with Simon Property Group, Project Manaer with AFC Enterprises and Senior Development Associate with Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority. She is a former practicing commercial real estate attorney specializing in real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition. She is a seasoned strategist, negotiator, advisor, and corporate real estate transaction specialist with an LLM (Masters of Laws) in commercial real estate law from The University of Miami.
While Ms. Johnson is an inactive, licensed attorney in the State of Georgia and her experience as such is of great benefit to her clients, Entrepreneurial Spaces, LLC does not provide legal advice or legal representation to brokerage clients and all Entrepreneurial Spaces, clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel as appropriate.
